Voice-of-customer language, in their words not yours.

The steps

What happens on every run.

1

Scrape Reddit for the topic

The threads where your category is discussed unprompted.

2

Rank by engagement

A Filter step keeps the threads people actually replied to.

3

Extract the pain points

Verbatim, because the phrasing is the asset.

4

Draft the content angles

What to write, given what people keep complaining about.

5

Write it to a Google Doc

Delivered where the team already works.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why verbatim rather than summarised?
Because the exact phrasing is what you want in headlines and FAQ questions. Summarising it back into marketing language throws away the reason to look at Reddit at all.
Does it post anything to Reddit?
No. This agent only reads. If you want to reply, that is the Reddit thread responder, which drafts a comment for your approval and still does not post on its own.
Why Reddit specifically?
It is one of the six sources Mentionova monitors, and answer engines cite it heavily — so the language there both reflects real customers and feeds the answers.
