Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, and manage billing.
Billing portal
From Settings > Billing, you can:
- View your current plan and usage.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Update your payment method.
- Download invoices.
- Cancel your subscription.
Upgrading
When you upgrade, new features are available immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading
When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, features not included in your new plan will be locked, but all your data is preserved. You can upgrade again at any time to regain access.
Quota limits
If you hit a plan limit (prompts, workspaces, or seats), Mentionova shows you exactly which limit you've reached, your current usage, and which plan would unlock more capacity.
