Connecting Search Console
Open the workspace's Integrations tab and connect Google Search Console from Data sources; the Pages tab offers the same connection with a Connect Google Search Console card. Connections are per workspace, so each client connects its own property.
Choosing a property
After the Google consent screen you pick from the properties that account can see. The connection shows which Google account it's using and can be reconnected if you need to change it.
What gets imported
Two queries against Search Analytics — page by date and query by date — each bringing clicks, impressions, CTR and average position. That's what fills the Pages table, the query list in page detail, the grid GSC metrics column and the target-query picker.
History: 90 days now, 16 months on demand
Connecting imports the last 90 days. The full sixteen months is a separate, manual Backfill 16 months that runs a month at a time and shows its progress. Until it's done, changes over a longer window read "Δ unavailable".
Daily refresh
A daily job at 02:00 UTC pulls the last few days for every connected workspace, which is what keeps the table current without a full re-import.
Permissions
The scope requested is read-only Search Console access, plus your email so the app can show which account is connected. Mentionova never modifies your properties.
Connecting is a write action, so viewers and read-only organizations can't do it.
