Creating a share link
From your workspace's Insights page, click Share to generate a tokenized public link. Anyone with the link can view the report without a Mentionova login.
What's included
Shared reports show the same data you see: visibility KPIs, trend charts, competitive snapshot, top sources, and prompt-level detail. The viewer can toggle between 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day windows.
Controls
- Expiry - set the link to expire in 7, 30, or any number of days. Or leave it open indefinitely.
- View tracking - see how many times the link has been viewed and when.
- Revoke - disable a share link at any time.
