What Contacts is
Every domain cited in your workspace's answers, with the option to pull the founders and marketing decision-makers behind it. It's the outreach side of the citation data: the sites shaping your category, and who to talk to about them.
Reddit domains are deliberately excluded — those belong in Reddit Engagement.
Finding contacts for a domain
Nothing is enriched automatically. Each domain card carries Find contacts, and the button says what it costs: one credit. After that it reads Re-enrich. You can also start from a citation: the drill-down on any non-Reddit URL has Get contacts.
What you get back
The company's industry, employee count and LinkedIn, plus contacts grouped as Founders / Leadership · Marketing · Other. Sometimes the honest answer is "no decision-maker contacts are publicly available for this domain", and sometimes a contact comes back without an address at all.
Email verification states
Emails are checked, not guaranteed. Every state is shown rather than hidden: Verified · Catch-all · Invalid · Unknown · Spam-trap · Abuse · Do-not-mail. Catch-all and unknown are usable with care; the rest are not. Treat "verified" as the only safe-to-send state.
Marking a domain contacted
Each card has a Contacted checkbox and a timestamp, scoped to the workspace — two workspaces tracking the same domain keep their own flag. There is no notes field or outreach history in the UI today.
The three exports
- Verified outreach list — only contacts with verified emails.
- All unlocked contacts — everything returned, including catch-all and unknown.
- All cited domains — every domain, enriched or not, useful for coverage.
Plan limits
Plans cap how many domains you can see at once; beyond the allowance the list is blurred until you upgrade. Contacts is an Enterprise-tier feature in both lanes.
