How it works

When any AI engine cites a Reddit thread related to your space, Mentionova queues it in the Reddit Engagement tab. High-priority threads (active, lots of upvotes, relevant to your brand) surface at the top.

Thread enrichment

Click Enrich on any thread to pull live data: upvotes, comment count, post body, and top comments. We don't auto-enrich everything - you decide which threads are worth investing in.

Brand mention detection

After enriching, you immediately see whether your brand is already mentioned in the thread conversation, or whether you'd be the first to show up.

Reply drafting

Generate a reply draft in one of five voice tones: helpful, candid, informative, thoughtful, or professional. Pick the one that fits the subreddit's energy. Edit freely before posting.

Team workflow

Assign threads to teammates. Move them through the pipeline: Draft > Approved > Posted, or skip threads that aren't worth engaging. Assignees get notified in-app and via email.

Comment queue

A unified inbox shows all draft replies across every workspace. Bulk-triage, filter by status or assignee, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
