The dashboard
When you open a workspace, the Overview tab gives you a snapshot of your AI visibility health. Everything here updates automatically as new prompt runs come in.
Key metrics
- Mention rate - the percentage of prompt runs where your brand was mentioned in the AI response. Higher is better.
- Citations - the total number of times URLs from your domain were cited in AI responses.
- Share of voice - your percentage of total brand mentions vs. your competitors.
- Position 1 rate - how often your brand is the first brand mentioned in a response.
Each metric shows a delta vs. the previous period so you can see if things are improving.
Trend chart
An 8-week chart shows your brand citations vs. competitor citations across all engines. Hover over any week to see the engine-by-engine breakdown.
Competitive rail
A horizontal share-of-voice bar shows your brand's share vs. every tracked competitor. Switch between 30-day and 90-day windows.
Prompt movers
The dashboard highlights prompts where your visibility changed significantly - both gains and losses. Click any mover to see the full comparison.
