Inviting team members
Add teammates and external collaborators to your organization or specific workspaces.
Inviting to your organization
From Settings > Team, click Invite. Enter the person's email address and select their role (Admin, Strategist, or Viewer). They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization.
Workspace-only invitations
You can invite someone to a specific workspace without giving them access to the rest of your organization. From the Members tab within a workspace, click Invite.
Workspace-only invitees (external collaborators) can only see the workspace(s) they've been invited to. They can later subscribe to their own Mentionova plan and bring their data with them.
Seat limits
All plans include 3 team seats. Enterprise plans can add more on request. External workspace collaborators don't count against your seat limit.
Cross-org collaborators
You can invite someone who already has a Mentionova account at another organization. They'll see your workspace in their workspace switcher alongside their own workspaces.
