Tab access controls

Restrict which workspace tabs each team member can see.

Per-member tab access

Admins can restrict which tabs a team member sees within a specific workspace. From the Members tab, click the access controls button next to a member's name and toggle individual tabs on or off.

Use cases

  • Client access - share Insights and Citations with a client but hide Opportunities and the content pipeline.
  • Writer access - give a freelance writer access to the content tabs but not the monitoring data.
  • Limited viewer - let someone see the dashboard and prompts but nothing else.

Plan-based restrictions

The tabs available for assignment depend on your plan. If your plan doesn't include Reddit Engagement, you can't assign it to a team member. Only plan-entitled tabs appear in the access control interface.

Admin override

Organization admins always have full access to every tab in workspaces belonging to their organization. Tab restrictions only apply to Strategists, Viewers, and external collaborators.
