Docs Getting Started Connecting Google Search Console & GA4

Connecting Google Search Console & GA4

Link your Google accounts to see search and traffic data alongside AI visibility.

Why connect?

Connecting Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) lets you see your traditional search performance alongside your AI visibility data. Pages that rank well in Google but don't get mentioned by AI engines are opportunities. Pages getting AI traffic but no search traffic tell a different story.

Connecting Google Search Console

  1. Go to your workspace's Pages tab.
  2. Click Connect Search Console.
  3. Sign in with your Google account and grant read access.
  4. Select the property that matches your workspace's website.
  5. Mentionova pulls up to 16 months of impressions, clicks, position, and CTR data. It refreshes daily after that.

Connecting Google Analytics 4

  1. From the same Pages tab, click Connect Analytics.
  2. Sign in and select your GA4 property.
  3. Mentionova pulls sessions, conversions, channel breakdown, and source attribution for up to 16 months.

What you see after connecting

The Pages table shows Search Console metrics, Analytics traffic, and AI citation counts in unified columns. Sort by any metric, filter by channel, or search by URL. Click any page to see its full history across all data sources.
